Yes, Services Solutions is fully insured with 10,000,000 liability insurance to protect your home and assets.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
Only if you wish to be home during the house cleaning. Most of our clients simply give us a key to our cleaning teams to use. They are kept in a securely locked space in our office. Should you not wish to give us a key, we are happy to make other arrangements for access to your home or office.
What are your cancellation terms
- You may adjust the scheduled cleaning job by giving us 24 hours prior notice.
- You may terminate the cleaning service by giving us One week (7 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date and give the reason.

How do I pay you?
We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Cards.
