Company History
The business is owned by Singh & Walker Ltd and started in 2014 by purchasing Waihi Beach Cleaning an existing business with a range of commercial and residential cleaning contracts.
So far the business has grown only by customer referral while it has refined its cleaning techniques, policies and procedures to provide a sound basis for growth.
The change of name to Service Solutions and the creation of this website are the first steps in promoting our services to a wider market. We are presently seeking to concentrate on serving customers in the rapidly expanding in Wellington, Waihi, Tauranga, and Te Puke areas.
Quality Standards Guarantee
We pride ourselves on the quality of the work we do. If for any reason we do not meet the standards expected of us our policy is to rectify any failing at no charge to our customer (or refund the charge for the work).
Employees
All of our employees are subject to a police check and vetted and approved by our management.
All employees are trained in cleaning to our high standards when they start with us and are supervised on all their initial cleaning jobs.
All regular cleaning jobs are reviewed periodically to ensure our high standards of cleaning are being met.
Health And Safety
Staff is trained and actively involved in ensuring that they work in a safety conscious manner. Proper protective clothing and equipment are provided for staff as appropriate and as far as possible all cleaning materials used are non-toxic and biodegradable for the safety of both staff and customers. To date, we have experienced no injuries or accidents that have caused harm to staff or customers. We constantly monitor our policies and procedures to ensure that we continue to exceed the high health and safety requirements of NZ law.
Insurance
The Company carries insurance to cover any damage that could occur while cleaning customer’s premises. To date no claims have been made, which is a consequence of our high standards and trained working staff.
Terms Of Trade
Customers are not required to commit to more than one month for our services, as our standard terms of trade are for one month’s notice either way. This is another indication of our commitment to provide a top quality service. Our terms of trade are set out in our customer engagement letter which we supply to all new customers prior to commencing any work.
Cancellation
- Client may adjust the scheduled cleaning job by giving 24 hours prior notice.
- Customer may terminate the cleaning service by giving One week (7 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date and give the reason.
Customer Requirements
We request that customers:
– keep us fully informed with regards to changes in their requirements and matters for which they are responsible which affect our ability to provide our services at their premises,
– advise us promptly of any dissatisfaction with our services, so that we are aware of the problems and can rectify matters and adapt our services where appropriate,
– if you are entirely satisfied with our services that you will recommend us to other potential customers.
